Most Suppliers Show You a Price List. We Show You Our Working.
Ask a typical trading house how they choose a supplier and you'll get a shrug, a WhatsApp number, and a price. Ask us, and you get a process — the same one, every time, whether the order is a single pallet of dried shiitake or a multi-container programme of value-added spice blends.
It runs on standard procurement logic — Request for Information, Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation — but with one difference: every option we hand you at the proposal stage is already backed by our own ISO 19011 second-party audit evidence, not a supplier's word about themselves.
Ten Steps, Start to Finish
Receive Customer Enquiry
You tell us what you need — product, quantity, target market — and we open a file.
We Close the Gaps
If a product specification or a target price is incomplete, we query it before we source — guessing at this stage is how the wrong container ends up on a ship.
We Query Our Private Database
We contact the qualified suppliers in our own Private Database who genuinely match the requirement — not whichever supplier happens to answer the phone first.
We Build You a Real Proposal
Three to four sourcing options, each with product and logistics pricing — and, unlike most proposals you'll receive, the actual evidence and insight from our ISO 19011 audit of every supplier named in it.
You Choose
One option, or a combination across suppliers, chosen to fulfil the consignment the way that actually suits you.
We Finalise the Quote
A final quote is prepared and submitted to you for purchase-order approval — nothing material changes after this without a conversation.
You Confirm the PO
The order is locked in.
We Pack & Dispatch
The order is processed for packing at the supplier's facility, then dispatched to port.
You Watch It Move
On request, we attach traceability trackers — temperature, humidity, and more — to the consignment, and you receive regular shipment updates by email and WhatsApp, not silence until it lands.
Delivered. WITHOUT Dispute.
The shipment reaches you matching exactly what was quoted, tested and promised — which is the entire point of steps one through nine.
ISO 19011 Auditing, Applied to Organic Commodities & Value-Added Products
What ISO 19011 Actually Gives Us
ISO 19011 does not certify a product as organic — no audit guideline does. What it gives us is a disciplined, repeatable method for planning an audit, gathering evidence and reporting findings against a stated set of criteria. When a supplier tells us a lot is organic, that method is what we use to go verify the claim on paper and on-site, rather than take it as read. The organic status itself sits inside our audit criteria as documented evidence to be checked — chain-of-custody records, batch segregation from conventional stock, farm-level traceability — alongside the buyer's specification and our own quality benchmarks.
Value-Added Products Get the Same Rigour
A mushroom powder, a dehydrated vegetable powder, a seasoning blend or a wellness extract is only as verifiable as the raw batch and the processing facility behind it. Our audit trail follows the product backward through processing — pulverising, dehydration, blending — to the original farm-level lot, so the evidence attached to a finished, packaged SKU is exactly as strong as the evidence attached to the raw commodity it came from.
We've Only Just Started — And We're Saying So Out Loud
The ten-step process above is where we are today, not where we intend to stop. We'd rather say that plainly than let a polished page imply the system is finished, because it isn't — no genuinely useful quality system ever is.
We believe that in the age of AI, on-site human verification — assisted by the right digital technologies, not replaced by them — is where "export-quality" is actually heading. A sensor cannot smell a contaminated batch, and an algorithm cannot walk a packhouse floor. But a human auditor with the right tools behind them can document, cross-check and report on that walk far better than one working from a clipboard and a hunch.
That is why we are committed to continuously developing our audit guidelines, and to building our own proprietary vendor scoring and rating system. Its purpose is twofold: to keep proving the quality of a product and the supplier behind it with evidence rather than adjectives, and to introduce a new level of transparency between us and our customers while negotiating the final quote — so a price is something you can see the reasoning behind, not something you're simply asked to trust.
