Mushroom Seasoning Blends — Full Description
Our mushroom seasoning blends are built on real mushroom powder rather than yeast extract or added MSG, giving food brands and kitchens a clean-label way to build savoury depth. The range covers a house mushroom umami blend, mushroom garlic salt and mushroom onion salt, each formulated for consistent flavour intensity batch after batch, with the mushroom fraction, salt level and particle size adjustable to a buyer's brief. Blending is done in ribbon blenders with verified uniformity checks, and every batch is checked for moisture, flow, colour and sensory profile against a retained gold-standard sample before release. The blends dissolve readily in hot liquids and disperse evenly in dry seasoning systems, making them suitable for snack dusting, marinades, dressings, soup bases, ready-to-cook meal kits, plant-based products and table-top retail shakers. We offer three commercial routes: our standard blends under buyer packaging, private-label development where we formulate to your target flavour profile and cost, and bulk ingredient supply for manufacturers who blend in-house. Retail formats include 80–120 g PET shakers and aluminium-laminate pouches; food-service and industrial buyers take 1 kg pouches or 20 kg poly-lined cartons. Label artwork, nutritional panels and destination-market compliance text can be handled as part of a private-label programme, and all blends ship with a Certificate of Analysis and full ingredient declaration.

Mushroom Seasoning Blends in Detail

Mushroom Seasoning Blends — Buyer Questions
Do your seasoning blends contain MSG?
No. Standard blends derive their savoury character from natural mushroom glutamates, so they can be labelled MSG-free and clean-label. If a market or customer specifically requires added MSG or yeast extract, we can formulate that version separately.
Can you develop a private-label blend to our recipe?
Yes. Share your target flavour profile, application, sodium target and price point and our team develops trial blends, sends samples for approval, then produces under your brand including artwork, nutritional panel and destination-market label compliance.
What is the minimum order quantity for mushroom seasoning blends?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 retail units per SKU or 500 kg bulk. Trial and sample-order quantities can be arranged for first-time buyers, and mixed-product containers are accepted so you can consolidate several items in one shipment.
What is the production and shipping lead time?
Standard blends ship in 12–18 days; private-label development adds 3–4 weeks for formulation, sampling and packaging approval. Transit time then depends on destination — typically 18–25 days to Europe, 22–30 days to North America, 7–12 days to the Middle East and 12–18 days to Southeast Asia from Indian ports (Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Chennai).
Which Incoterms and payment terms do you work on?
We quote EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDP. Payment is normally 30% advance with balance against scanned Bill of Lading, or an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight from a prime bank. Terms for repeat buyers are negotiable.
What export documents are provided with each shipment?
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate (where applicable), Certificate of Analysis for the lot, FSSAI licence copy and any buyer-specific documentation such as health or halal certificates.
Can we get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We ship 100–500 g representative samples by courier against freight cost, drawn from the same lot you will be offered. Pre-shipment samples of the actual production lot are also sent for approval on request.
