Our rice programme covers both aged Basmati and everyday non-Basmati Indian varieties, milled and packed to the buyer's exact grain-length, polish and broken-percentage specification. Basmati is supplied as raw white, brown, golden sella (parboiled) and steam, with average grain length ranging from 7.2 mm to 8.4 mm depending on grade and ageing period; ageing of 12–24 months is what delivers the elongation on cooking and the characteristic aroma that Middle Eastern and European buyers look for. Non-Basmati varieties include Sona Masoori, Ponni, IR64 and Kerala Matta, serving South Asian diaspora retail, food service and institutional buyers. All rice is sortex-cleaned in multiple passes to remove discoloured grains, stones and foreign matter, with broken percentage controlled to 1%, 2%, 5% or as specified, and moisture held at 14% maximum for stability through the voyage. Packing spans 1 kg and 5 kg retail laminate or BOPP bags for supermarket programmes, through 25 kg and 50 kg PP woven or jute bags for wholesale and institutional trade. Each lot is tested for moisture, broken percentage, average grain length, damaged and chalky grains, and pesticide residue where the destination requires it, with results issued in a Certificate of Analysis and pre-shipment inspection available through SGS or an equivalent agency. We ship full container loads of 24–27 MT with private-label packing supported.

What grain length and broken percentage can you guarantee on Basmati?
Aged Basmati grades run 7.2–8.4 mm average grain length, and we can hold broken percentage at 1%, 2% or 5% to your specification. Both figures are certified on the Certificate of Analysis and can be verified by third-party pre-shipment inspection.
Do you supply retail private-label packs?
Yes. We pack 1 kg and 5 kg BOPP or laminate bags under your brand, including artwork printing, nutritional panels and destination-market label compliance, alongside 25 kg and 50 kg bulk bags for wholesale.
What is the minimum order quantity for rice?
Our standard MOQ is 1 FCL (24–27 MT). Trial and sample-order quantities can be arranged for first-time buyers, and mixed-product containers are accepted so you can consolidate several items in one shipment.
What is the production and shipping lead time?
Milling, sortex cleaning and packing take 12–18 days from order confirmation; private-label printed bags add about 10 days. Transit time then depends on destination — typically 18–25 days to Europe, 22–30 days to North America, 7–12 days to the Middle East and 12–18 days to Southeast Asia from Indian ports (Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Chennai).
Which Incoterms and payment terms do you work on?
We quote EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDP. Payment is normally 30% advance with balance against scanned Bill of Lading, or an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight from a prime bank. Terms for repeat buyers are negotiable.
What export documents are provided with each shipment?
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate (where applicable), Certificate of Analysis for the lot, FSSAI licence copy and any buyer-specific documentation such as health or halal certificates.
Can we get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We ship 100–500 g representative samples by courier against freight cost, drawn from the same lot you will be offered. Pre-shipment samples of the actual production lot are also sent for approval on request.
